Triple X Training –

TXT is Strength & Conditioning Small Group Training. No more getting lost in over subscribed bootcamps that have you rolling around in dog muck with some want to be GI Joe! You really don’t have to train in the pouring rain to prove you are ‘hardcore’.
TXT is a fun way to get in shape and keep motivated.

Eat participant receives a tailor made nutritional plan and handbook to monitor their progress. All abilities and ages are welcome and catered for by a highly experienced coach. Remember it’s not where you start but where you finish that counts.

This is no quick fix, there are no empty promises, no gimmicks, no selling you silly ideas. Just getting you to knuckle down and put in the work in a great positive environment. Come in all shapes and sizes….and leave in a much healthier shape and size. TXT puts its money where its mouth is.

Introduction to Weight Training

4 week course – 1 session per week (2 hour) OR two half day sessions run over two weekends.

Covering all the basics of training with weights. Focusing on being confident in the gym and learning great technique. This course is aimed at complete beginners and is strictly limited in size to ensure that all participants get the attention they need from coaches who care. Contact us for next course information.
